It was acquired by Daxko in 2015 and now sits within the Daxko/Club Automation portfolio.

Daxko is a Birmingham, Alabama health-and-wellness software and payments company founded in 1998, and the largest provider of management software to member-based nonprofits like YMCAs and JCCs, which run extensive camp programs. It offers membership, program, and financial management plus integrated payments across roughly 16,000 facilities in 140 countries. Daxko is also a serial acquirer, having absorbed CSI Software, Exercise.com, and others into its portfolio.
