How we use it

We use your information to operate the directory and publication, to create and display profiles, to produce aggregated (non-identifying) industry insights, and to contact you about your account when necessary.

Aggregated data

We may publish aggregated, anonymized statistics derived from survey or onboarding responses. We do not publish an individual camp’s or company’s private figures attributed to them without their explicit consent.

Consent to quote

Where a user opts in, we may quote their responses in articles. We confirm with them before publishing an attributed quote.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us run the site (hosting, analytics, payment processing) and when required by law.

Payments

Payments are handled by a third-party processor (Stripe). We do not store full card details on our servers.

Your choices

You can access, update, or delete your account information by logging into your account or contacting us. You can also opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
