Amilia
Amilia is a Montreal-based e-commerce and registration platform for activities and recreation, founded in 2009, used by parks and recreation departments, YMCAs, community centers, and camps. It combines online registration, payments, scheduling, membership, and facility booking, and uses a transaction-based pricing model (a percentage plus optional flat fee per transaction). Its SmartRec product targets municipalities and recreation organizations running high registration volumes.
CommunityPass (Capturepoint)
CommunityPass, made by Capturepoint (founded 1999 in Ridgewood, New Jersey), is a recreation and school-program management platform launched in 2003 for municipal recreation, schools, and local sports organizations. Families sign up and pay online for camps, classes, child care, memberships, and events, while administrators manage registration, payments, facilities, and reporting. It serves more than 1.5 million families across U.S. communities.
