PerfectMind, now marketed as Xplor Recreation, is a cloud recreation management platform founded in 1998 for municipalities, parks and recreation departments, YMCAs, community centers, and camps. It handles registration, scheduling, memberships, facility booking, and citywide point of sale, and offers dedicated camp management tooling. It was acquired by Xplor Technologies in 2020, joining a global software-and-payments group serving 140+ markets.

RecDesk is a cloud-based recreation management platform founded in 2005 in Middletown, Connecticut, serving parks and recreation departments, community centers, schools, and summer camps with registration, facilities, programs, and financial tools. In May 2024 it was acquired by Clubessential Holdings, expanding that group's recreation software portfolio. Its FlexForms builder and contract-free, all-inclusive subscriptions are signature features.
