Challenge Design Innovations (CDI) is a family-owned challenge course builder that designs, builds, inspects, trains, and equips ropes courses, adventure parks, zip lines, and climbing walls nationwide, including for summer camps. Founded in 1980 when Jim Wall built his first ropes course and zip line in Sanford, North Carolina, it is now led by his son Corey Wall. With 45+ years in the field, CDI recently acquired Rock Edge Gear, expanding its equipment offerings.
